1. Definitions
1.1. “Licensor” means bzisniper.dev, the owner and provider of the digital assets.
1.2. “Licensee” means the individual or entity purchasing or using the digital assets.
1.3. “Digital Assets” means all FiveM mods, scripts, models, textures, code packages, and any other downloadable content provided by the Licensor.
2. Grant of License
2.1. Limited, Non-Exclusive, Non-Transferable License. Upon full payment, Licensor grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Digital Assets solely on Licensee’s own FiveM server or project.
2.2. Scope. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this license permits:
- Use of the Digital Assets on up to three (3) servers owned or controlled by Licensee.
- Modification of the Digital Assets for personal use only (see Section 4 for redistribution restrictions).
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
3.1. Retention of Rights. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Digital Assets, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using the Digital Assets.
3.2. Feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements Licensee provides regarding the Digital Assets shall be the exclusive property of Licensor.
4. Restrictions
Licensee shall not, directly or indirectly:
4.1. Distribute, Rent, Lease, Sell, or Transfer. Share, publish, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the Digital Assets (or any derivative works) to any third party.
4.2. Reverse Engineer. Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying structure, or algorithms of the Digital Assets.
4.3. Remove Notices. Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Digital Assets.
4.4. Cheat or Exploit. Use the Digital Assets in a way that provides unfair advantage, encourages cheating, or violates any third-party terms (e.g., game or platform TOS).
5. Updates & Support
5.1. Updates. Licensor may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Digital Assets. Licensee must have a valid license to receive updates.
5.2. Support. Basic email support is included for 30 days post-purchase. Extended support may be purchased separately.
6. No Refunds
Purchases of Digital Assets are final and non-refundable. Licensee acknowledges that this No Refund Policy is an integral part of this Agreement.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
7.1. The Digital Assets are provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2. Licensor does not warrant that the Digital Assets will meet Licensee’s requirements or operate uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, downtime, or data loss), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
9.1. Breach. Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately if Licensee breaches any term herein.
9.2. Effect. Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the Digital Assets and delete all copies in their possession.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
11. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Digital Assets and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.
