No Refund Policy for Digital Assets
1. Scope
All purchases of digital assets—including but not limited to FiveM mods, scripts, models, textures, and code packages—are final. By completing a purchase on our webstore, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this No Refund Policy.
2. Digital Goods Are Non-Returnable
Digital products delivered instantly upon payment are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once the download link or license key is provided, the content cannot be “returned” in the way physical goods can.
3. No Refunds
No Exceptions. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to user error, buyer’s remorse, inability to use the asset, incompatibility with other mods or servers, or change of mind.
Chargeback Prohibition. Initiating a chargeback or reversal through your bank or payment provider without prior authorization constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent account suspension and legal action to recover fees and damages.
4. Defective or Corrupted Files
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to delivering high-quality, functioning digital assets. If you encounter an irreparable defect or corrupted file that prevents use of the purchased asset, you must:

Screenshots or error logs illustrating the defect
Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review and, if appropriate, provide a corrected file or alternative solution. Supplying a replacement does not constitute a refund.
5. Chargeback and Dispute Resolution
Inform Us First. If you believe a transaction is invalid, you must contact us before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
Accountability. Unauthorized chargebacks may incur penalties, including permanent banning from our services and referral to collections or legal action.
6. Acknowledgment
By purchasing any digital asset from our webstore, you confirm that you understand this No Refund Policy in full and waive all rights to chargebacks, returns, or refunds except as stated in Section 4.
